Dome is expanding this year, with two new cafes openings already done in 2024 – we have three more to go and need to recruit new Management Teams to assist!

With promotions and transfers already underway to support this, we currently have Assistant Manager positions available in Bassendean, Maylands, Subiaco and Forrestfield.

You will be passionate about guest service and ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.

• Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently.
• Building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links in the local community. 
• Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.

Our Assistant Manager positions are on a permanent full-time basis where you will be supported with training and coaching to develop your career.

Dome is open 6am-9pm, 7 days a week.
