We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager from a similar environment who excels in leading and developing people to build the business.
You will be passionate about guest service and ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience leading and motivating a team.
- Following systems and procedures.
- Two years management experience in a similar management position.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Availability to work 7 days a week. (rostered 5 days)
- Experience with COGS and Labour management will be highly regarded.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and barista skills is required.
