We are looking for an exceptional hospitality leader who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of the community.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager from a similar environment who excels in leading and developing people to build the business.

You will be passionate about guest service and ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience leading and motivating a team.
  • Following systems and procedures.
  • Two years management experience in a similar management position.
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Availability to work 7 days a week. (rostered 5 days)
  • Experience with COGS and Labour management will be highly regarded.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and barista skills is required.
